wonu s3 unlock problem - GSM-Forum

hi
today i receive jtag from my resseler
i unlock 1 my 1-2 trio and myc5-2t
but when i try to unlock wonu s3 i always get
failed to get imei

is there problem of cable ? ( perhaps rx and tx are mixted ) (test point has been made according to picture giving by my resseler)
or could i get wonu cable schema please(i do not have acess to support because i just register today night and i must return this phone tomorrow)

Failed to read IMEI - serial cable problem or wrong speed!
After 1h if all OK your registration will be confirmed!

For Wonu S3 use same data cabe as Wonu S1! It's important!

i resolve the problem
Rx and Tx was mixted and i unlock it without battery .

I had the same problem unlocking MYC5-2...always FAILED TO READ IMEI.and please tell me what cable will i use to unlock this phone.please help me LATIGIDO.

MyC5-2 use same as other "C" series data cable!
In your box pack, have got 2 alike cables with labes on it - "Wonu" and "C-x",
use second one! Set phone speed to "Auto"!

I already did that but still FAILED TO GET IMEI.what's the problem why can't i unlock my MYC5-2???if it's cable problem where can i get scheme to fix this?
