alcatel magician(715 problem since few days)

hy! something happened, since 3 days. i cannot unlock any 715. i tried 5 phones already, i reinstalled windows, and magician, i even bought new cable.
but now program says zone adress error on all phones, and the program sees imei wrong.
the phones were not all new. there was a new one, 1 years old almost, and 3-4 months old phones.
i will put picture, what is the problem.
i killed a phone already, which is unrepairable. or can i repair a
phone somehow?
any ideas? i even tested the phone with other dongle and computer, but still the same problem. And 1 week ago, there was no problem at all. i unlocked more than 25 bf5
