BF311 locks bu can't receive call nos make calls - GSM-Forum

Dear frends,

I have a BF11 that connects to the netwrok, but cant receive nor make calls.
Any idea what the problem is

u need unlock u phone

with simcard type ###847# and press ok when ask if you want to reset factory setting.
