Okay, so, did you checked battery state ? If needed, open phone and check battery, if empty - recharge on external power supply.
If you have, or can find another battery - try with it.

Re-check again with charged / changed battery,
what is the state of the phone.

Does it appear as Qualcomm 9008 or 9006 port ?

Brka:
In ROM for OT-9001X that you linked above there is something strange to me.
There is no "prog_emmc_firehose_8909 . mbn" in archive, but two another files of .bin extension ("prog_emmc_firehose_8909 . bin" and "prog_emmc_firehose_8909_2 . bin").
How in this case use QFIL and what select as programmer?
Or maybe this ROM is broken?
Thanks.

PS. I used spaces near dots because of "no link" protection for young forum users.

Go to recovery mode - than chose power off.
When power is off ... hold vol up and vol down together and plug the cable.
In result you will get alcatel logo on the screen for the moment, but after that screen will go black, but device will be accessible from PC.

BTW. I have another problem - only windows that I have is XP on virtualbox - and problem is that QFIL doesn't see any serial Port - when plugging phone in I hear the sound (bam bim) and I see HID device in device manager, but no any serial port.

I don't see edit option, so I have to add another post.

Actually I think that we have same problem, me and kokoo1993.
For me Phone is visible under Windows as Android Device - not Qualcomm_something_blablabla that would be accessible from QFIL.

This device seems to be not compatybile with qualcom driver that I installed.
Anyway, in my case it may be problem of using VirtualBOX instead of native windows.
But on another hand, I saw many comments, that people doesn't have any problems with using QPST on Virtualbox.

Download correct drivers: USB_driver_Alcatel-QCOM

Download, unpack, start "DriverInstaller.exe", do Uninstall first, then Install.

DOwnload mode is , on powered off phone, holding both volume keys and insert usb cable, tested recently.
