can anyone provide me backup from ok sets for this model mine also error 1011

Try with THIS flash file.
Also, download attached scatter file (put in unpacked ROM folder),
and use it for flashing.

p.s. you can also try this scatter for previously posted flash file.

p.s.2 After flashing, enter recovery and make Wipe Data / Cache,
then reboot. First boot takes some longer time, so be patient.

If you have imei problems, use scatter from rom file archive,
and flash nvram only.

***** EDIT :
Looks like people don't understand some things :

1. When flashing some alcatel MTK flash, IT'S MANDATORY to flash custpack, system and all rest partitions,
especially if FULL FLASH FORMAT was done before (for some stupid reason).
2. When Flash phone with readed backup, without clear cache and userdata partitions,
IT'S MANDATORY to enter recovery and make full factory reset (Wipe DATA / CACHE option).
3. If NONE of above helps, make FULL FORMAT of phone, and re-flash all from beginning.
(if you don't have NVRAM backup, you will screw up IMEI, but that can be easily fixed.)

bro my set condition is hang on logo and not going recovery i try flash with sp tool always error pmt changed.....and try firmware update.....and say unrecognise firmware.....i select in sp flash tool...format+download...format complete and download failed my set is dead...and i try third party vol????......flash complete.......then my set hang on logo...i goto recovery and wipe data and wipe cache.......my set always in logo..........what can i do.....help me............

problem solve with....alcatel upgrade tool.........v 4.2.7..........install.and select 4035 model and ugrade.........100000000000%%%%%%%%%%%%% solve...................
