Format, reflash with posted rom, replace recovery.img with TWRP,
after flashing you have twrp immediately.

Or ... if you know how to edit pro_info, and put retail PID (5045X-2xALIT1 [x=A,B,C,D,F,K,L,M,N] )
Then try upgrading with Alcatel Mobile Upgrade S v4.5.9

i have 5045x stuck at boot, it's tim 5045X-2DTIIT3, can i have this firmware?

i tryed other firmware without preloader and formatted but not fixed

Posted firmware should revive phone without problems.
After flashing, try entering recovery and making factory reset.

Also, You can try something else:

- Download and flash ONLY TWRP recovery
Put scatter from other normal rom in same folder where twrp, then flash.
- Download CM13 custom rom, put to sdcard, insert in phone

After flashing, enter recovery and install CM13 from sdcard.
If phone power up - good. If still the same - probably not a software problem.

p.s. Phone may need up to 15min. to fully boot up. Be patient.

I was able to Sbrandize with this code 5045X-2AALIT1, NO BRAND ITA.
The phone sometimes freezes and restarts, do I have to do anything else?

*** EDIT:

Problem solved, after a fall the motherboard suffered a shock on the CPU, solved with hot air!

Try some of posted roms and solutions, something must work.
