mot v360 keypad problem


i unlocked a v360 via testpoint,with smartmoto, and afterwards some of the keypads stopped working.anybody with solution?

before you become a little bit in panic, check the position of the plastic of the keypad. I normally take 5 minutes to open the cellphone, make the hole, make the testpoint and unlockit, and 1/2 hour trying to put the keypad in the correct place. There's allways one key that is out of it's place, sometimes are from the sides, sometimes the keyboard. that cellphone is a nightmare, believe in me!

hi.
you must be cutting the metal casing to do unlocking, right?
there is one ESD keypad protect ic beside the mmc holder.. check it out or just replace it.. works 100%
