Hi,

I have a moto c117 there is no sound in the ear pice n there is a sign of head phones ........ i cleaned and reheated the main board . but stil there is no sound

bra check handsfree socket it must be crack or check components near h/f socket this is not a big problem good luck and post result

Just replace the handsfree socket.
