Motorola v360 problem


Hello!my v360 is not starting anymore...i press the power button,the keyboard's lights are on for one or 2 seconds then he's shutting down.can anyone help me please?thanks in advance

press * and # and power button at the same time. If handset goes into flash mode, that is displays boot information on screen, flash with rsd lite, or flash an backup with the lates firmware. It should work like charm. pm for details, or send me message on my account here.

I tried to flash it,but he reacts the same.When the Rsd Lite demands to power up manually the phone,nothing's changed.
