Motorola V3690 DB0701 Restarting when take net - GSM-Forum

Is a V3690 thet restarts when take net, not power off, restart. I changed the 2 PA´S 900MHz and 1800MHz but no result, not soft problem, checked...

Any idea friends?

PUT TEST CARD IN PHONE AND TYPE 7100# AND LOOK WHICH CODE ERROR GENERATE, IF 01 CPU PROBLEM.

I have motorolla with this simpthoms,and i repaired by chanching pa.I think that problem in pa AP1120.
AP119 is 1800Mhz

Thanks Pandemonio but value is 07, Do you know waht this mean? I don´t know nothing about test values.
Is strange because not switch off simply, restart once and once again. Without sim nothing strange happend.

Vrdeny i changed pa´s as i said before but without results.

Any more ideas? information will be aprecciated.

OK 07 is EEPROM CEKSUM ERROR. Now i think you have to reflash phone whit full flash or if you can't make this (depend on what box you have) try to update software and reset after whit #571.
After if phone have same problem try to read whit first procedure the Error code (7100#).

Hi.
I have motorola 192 that restarting then take a net.
i changed batery,and all ok.
try to change batary,may be problem in batary.
Sorry for my english.
