Why i know this Moto V1050 doesnt boot is 100% hardware prob?
Because everything was absolutly fine except only 6 keys doesnt work before the boot problem comes.
After i checked & cleaned up everything ( no flashing no soldering ) then keys problem has went away BUT it now doesnt boot unless a charger is being connected. also phone can boot with out battery as long as charger is plug in. Basically what that tells me is that - there is a open track somewhere in high voltage circuit. So anyone have a power way for this modle or give me some advise where to check it?!!!!!!

It has cost me quite a bit to buy this faulty handset,
Anyone there can help?!!!

I have this Moto v1050 that has been seting on my table for a month more with no progrese has been made when i have been searshing .. searching and searching a solution all over the net every day and nite. Now it comes to the point where ended up i alway see my own threads pop out from these search engines....

There got be some one know somrthing about this probloem ( Moto v1050 that boots up ONLY with charger )

Thanks. It works with hand free kit. I re-soldered the connector but still not working without hand free kit. Thanks for the response.

I have problem with V3 motorola. When push POWER button, only keyboard lights, and nothing happens. Phone is water damage. any ideas?

You musy open the phone and remove wash the board with de-oxidizer contact cleaner
