Replace the Flex cable that connects the buttons in the top side of the phone. This is the one stuck to the top of the lcd.....Works 95%

i test it with other lcd and it works... so the problem must be in the lcd board

..

Replace the mic/flex cable that is stuck to the top of the LCD....The buttons may feel like they work ok, but one of them is shorted out....You can test this by disconnecting the cable from the LCD board and powering the phone on...All of the keys should work fine..

Please, i have need one solution, for repair one V3X, no comunic whith the PC, i put the power button, but for one moment the keypad power.
How i repair this phone?
Whith old motorola whith 17 pin, ok, solder pin 13/14 and repair, but in these new model, how is the procedure for repair?, i have the SC, but not loock the phone, if i enter in BOOT -MODE, the phone and go to the REPAIR PDS option, whith TP, the S.MOTO, write in the phone, but after i have my phone ugual, the keypad, powered for one second and stop.
How help to me?
which is the procedure for new motorola, whith USB cable?
