hello all,

it is my 1st day in the business & luckly i got one N91 for service.
the problem of phone is. in tools menu when user try to access the hard drive option.phone shows hard drive not available. so before making any stu-pid step . i want to know either it is hardware problem of software problem. and what will be the solution for this.

i don't think so. because i have bought MT box. and i'm their user. so that's why i post it here in MT section otherwise i can also see other sections.

Mate! Some time its software. 1st check phone firmware version (*#0000#) and download form support area and use mt-box latest version and complete flash it, also check on extra tab backup PM, IMEI. If still same then check now hardware work like hard disk jack terminal wash if still same then replace it.
