Exclamation 3.2V on MT-Box output for Nokia phones instead of 3.7 or higher

Hello!

I have a strange problem. I tested already three MT-Boxes and on all of them when I connect any Nokia cable voltage on battery pins is 3.2V, so you can do nothing with phone. If I take JAF for example with the same phone cable and USB cable on the same PC - all ok. 5V on battery contacts and you can do everything with phone.

Could you please tell me, what is the reason of this problem?
