6280 problem ??? - GSM-Forum

hello all members

i have one new 6280 ... with problem that reboot (restart) when try to play video

original version was 3.81 ... i reflashed it with 3.81 all okay with MT-BOX ...but still same problem
i also reflash it with lastest version from support 6.10
and do all defaults settings and FORMAT FILE SYSTEM C (try with quick , full and low .... all) and also format MMC and change it ...

the phone work fine for somes hours .... but after 2 , 3 hours .... still same problem (restart on play video)

also try manual format

and iam sure that problem is 99.99 % soft ...

anny suggestions

try to change your batt and see what's happned

downgrade ur flash back to 3.81 and format and ui.

already ... change battery
but still same (i used second battery from another phone work fine) ...

iam trying a downgrade .... maybe will work ?

hardware pb neo.
rehote cpu and flash ic and reflash it again and post result

not HARD .... soft problem .... downgrade not solve the problem ...

try to remove card from slot and play video from phone if then dont have a problem card is with high power consumption and need to be changed.
have a many card with bad characteristics

yes 100% hardware man tested many times...............
ur cam also be on oppration failed....
now just change its upper keypad board and all be ok ......
