6680 Counters 11/10 5/3 - GSM-Forum

Hi all

have one 6680 counter 11/10 5/3 .to reset counter i have buy rpl file .now when write rpl file counter is 0/10 0/3 but when unlock phone is contact retailer?have rewrite backup reflash,rewrite pm ,rewrite......,power on phone in normal it switch on ok ,then reunlock ,then same problem contact retailer.

Please check rpl file maybe problem or how to solved this problem please
