Please some griffin team member to statement about this problem. No one was warrned about paid support before buy MTbox. What is the new rules for support and pricing and of course WHY ???

Normal that they need money for good server and price 20 usd for 1 year good support is ok and after you buy mtbox you got something like 2 years free support and for me is ok that after 2 years that they start sell mtbox they need money for good server support section if you not like not buy and use other server but I think no so *** and no so fast like orginal mtbox server. I pay without problem when I got this info for me 20 usd is nothing 2-3 phone flashing to poland lang and money recovered, if in you case is not the same you must change your profession!!
Maybe you preffere new box after 2 years I preffere pay 20 usd and got next year with good update and good support.
