C62 error in c62inside module - GSM-Forum

I have dead C62. When I connect with extra boot it's good booting and I flash it with Full_flash_v83_for _repair, after flashing. I disconnect phone and connect in normal boot, but with problem:

access violation at address 00463D0F in module c62inside.exe. Read address 025B1000

I have this problem only with any phone...
What's maybe?

Reconnect battery also when disconnect phone for cable , then go to normal boot.

Maybe phone has some hw problem, then software crash because cant read some data from phone, usually the flash ic problem.
