cannot change 6233 v5.10 into local mode - GSM-Forum

Hi i am a new user of mt-box pro, got some problem in here is that
when i try to unlock a n73 and 6233 doesnt matter how i do it the phone cannot change into local mode. I found out that i can change any 6280 which have version 3.81 or below to local mode by using the mt -box software.
and i also have no problem to change 6300 into local mode
any idea?

i thing you have a general problem with this software and box.
what cable you try to use?
what is state of phone when you connect it to box?
post log from any phone
many many question about this

thx for the reply i follow the instruction from the user menu, and i am using the dku2 cable that come with the box
the phone was switch off before i connect to the software. after i connect to the software the phone is still switch off. and when i press the power switch
the phone just turn on in normal mode. so i try to use the mtbox sotware to try to change the mode to local. But the phone still in normal mode
but when i use the cabe for 6300, the phone just jump to test mode with no problem.

1.clean pin in the bottom of telephone where pin of DKU plug
2.some telefone have problem
i had reflash and run OK

no mate, need connect dcu-2 cable with PRO but wihout battery! need connect dcu-2 botom of phone ,RED to + of battery terminal and green to BSI terminal then connect to adapter and pres shortly powe button. With battery phone never go to local or test mode

found out the problem, which is the cable have been short circult in the BSI connection inside the cable,
now is working fine thank you
