Hi

I did try to unlock DB2020 with Mt box but I've got Error, can any one help me please.

I have a customer who tried this but same error.

I sometimes receive boot error 1 and sometimes boot error 3.

Have tested w850 and k610

Please advise.

There is no communication with phone, the cable problem or problem with RJ connector pin 1 or pin 10.

I checked my cable and nothimg wrong with it, still got Boot Error:3 and 1

any more advise?

Yes information does show so handset reads no problem.

The problem is pin 1 or pin 10 on box, it is not in same level with other pins some other problem with power supply, try to attach Nokia phone charger ACP-12.
