I send ASK for DCT4 to repair wrong IMEI, to get RPL, server reduce from my acount more log 10 + 10 why I need explanation

i see all action is 10 logs but if you calculate flash and uem log is 10+10 where is te problem?
if in rpl you havwe a data1 and data2 then you put check box on calculate uem and flash . then rpl cost is for 2 services 20 logs

on (Wed) 02 May 2007 - 19:39:54 you calculate rpl for phone with imei:357079002565xxxx. rpl is returned at the moment when you send ask,but you on (Thu) 03 May 2007 - 11:41:12 try to send ASK for phone with same imei and server bill you again 10 logs and return to you at the moment same rpl.
mistake is your -READ instruktion for different rpl
