Customer:

I try to unlock DB2020 phone CID 49 but software give me warning that FLR file does not exist. How can i check this before make to unlock?

Answer:

- Power on the phone
- Type >*<<*<* and go to service menu -> Service info -> Sim lock
and check it is all lock opened (maybe someone are try to unlock it with some other solution and the phone now have all locks closed)
- If all locks are closed , you cant help him (at the moment)
- Now go to Software info menu and check phone software version
for example K610:
R1GB001 prgCXC1250374_GENERIC_TH

- Now go to C:\Program Files\GriffinTeam\MT SonyEricsson\DB2020 inside\flr\K610\ and check its there found

R1GB001 prgCXC1250374_GENERIC_TH.flr

- If that is ok connect phone to cable and press phone info to see what phone CID is
- If phone CID is 49 or CID 51 select from C:\Program Files\GriffinTeam\MT SonyEricsson\DB2020 inside\Unlock\DB2020Unlock.act
- Press Do it button
- Wait to software finish

We are sorry but Nokia only acounts cant be used for full server access included DB2020 unlock.

Answer:

Yes you can use DB2020 unlock software with your box but only for limited time 10 x 15 minutes. After that Db2020 software cant be started and you need to buy MT Box SonyEricsson to able use SE software.

Only in case server not work (like in December 2006 about 30 minutes), when many users report problems in same time.
In this case we will analyze, solve the problem then refund all logs to customers who use it in that time.

How to unlock DB2020 phone?

Answer:

Download and install DB2020 inside v1.9.exe
Install the software
Start software
Enter your login details in Settings tab
Press info to check it is all ok with your account
Close Settings tab
Power on your phone and check this info
If all is ok, select DB2020unlock.act
Press Do IT button
Wait to software finish

Because a lot of people has problem with USB drivers we recommend you to use box cable connected to MT box without Nokia adapter.

I got my RPL from GT server but its not good, can moderators check it, i am upload it here on forum.

Answer:

DO not post any ASK or RPL file on forum, its is not allowed.
All messages which contain ASK or RPL (with phone imei) will be permanently deleted and user account for GT server suspended.
If you have any problem with RPL, please contact user GT911 using PM (private messages)

How to solve N95 start up failed?

Answer:

THIS is erase file.
1st. MAKE BACKUP OF IMEI
2nd.READ FULL PM and save it
3th.Erase phone and flash it with vatest version.
4th.power on the phone and check in what condition is.
If all is ok -phone work good write IMEI backup and after that from PM backup field 134,restart phone ,make sx4 authorization and write fields 1,135.
