Did you perchance look in support either before you posted or after? I would be glad of the manual in question or the files I need because I couldnt see them

Member: 55766 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 333 | I used to have great admiration for the Griffin teamafter I bought my first griffinbox but now it seems "the team" just want to put users down and make out that its always the user that is at fault. At last Griffin have put this file into support (maybe back into support). I only know that I get the impression that "the Team" is trying to say I didnt look properly but what wasnt there yesterday is there today. Why has it taken 4 days before someone actually looked and found it wasnt there instead of keep telling me to get it from support |

But NOW at last the Alcatel DLL directory is in Alcatel main so it now in obvious place. SO NOW YOU CAN SAY "LOOK IN SUPPORT MAN!" BTW thanks for the link but would have been nice if youd given it 5 days ago when I asked for it
