Where do I get old alcatel 1.9 installer then? or do you mean alcatraz 1.8a ? If you do mean 1.8a then Ive already tried that and still get the same message. The program runs but if I try "check account" i get that error and I cant find anywhere what this file is (even checked google).

I'm not sure if it does reset but I'm sure I lost at least one trial just by opening SE prog a while bach but just looked and have 10 trials left.

I see no clever answer
Did you perchance look in support either before you posted or after? I would be glad of the manual in question or the files I need because I couldnt see them

I used to have great admiration for the Griffin teamafter I bought my first griffinbox but now it seems "the team" just want to put users down and make out that its always the user that is at fault.
At last Griffin have put this file into support (maybe back into support).
I only know that I get the impression that "the Team" is trying to say I didnt look properly but what wasnt there yesterday is there today.
Why has it taken 4 days before someone actually looked and found it wasnt there instead of keep telling me to get it from support

I'm sorry if you dont understand my English BUT I did say that I have it now after 4 days of asking where it was and no one giving me a straight answer. YES I now know it was on support but not where one would expect to find it. WHY put driver files in FLASH file directory? If you cant get software to work you are unlikely to be looking into flash files.
But NOW at last the Alcatel DLL directory is in Alcatel main so it now in obvious place.
SO NOW YOU CAN SAY "LOOK IN SUPPORT MAN!"

BTW thanks for the link but would have been nice if youd given it 5 days ago when I asked for it
