hello I have a nokia 6085 that when I check simlock statut with NSS all is well and phone is unlockable. Butr when I use mtbox pro software it displays this

it can not read simlock statut don't know why. when phone is power on with simcard it says phone restricted. is there any solution?

I did exactly what u said but the problem is still the same "failed to read simlock statut". is there any solution or it is just a condamned phone?
What is surprising is that NSS can read simlock statut in local mode

I use cable that came with MTbox-pro and used for unlock.see I have already unlopcked many pieces of 6085 but this one is a rebel

may be have a brocken data.
read imei backup and PM full backup.
if can do that then erase full this phone and flash it with same version, then restore imei and PM 308 filed, after that restart phone anf write and 1,309 fields from backup.
