How to be safe in .ask to .rpl with BB5 ???

About read .ask file & convert it into .rpl by griffin server with DCT4 & WD2 there is no problem at all because before we send the file to convert it & sure it's prepaid service we have to be sure that the IMEI on UEM matches the one on the set's IMEI label so that there will be no problem at all & we can be sure about that because the UEM IMEI is readable by any of griffin team boxes such MT-BOX which i'm using it, BUT when we come to BB5 i have observed that the RAP3G IMEI is not readable, so how can we treat when we receive a certain set with corrupted IMEI 12345610654321? to be sure that we won't loose our credits by converting a wrong IMEI file for a wrong set ???

in ask file who u send 2 the server 2 make convert 2 rpl file
the server always first read the data in this file before make convert
inside file some data about serial
if this data not like as the file sn.... it wont make rpl
thats all info i know about this

mohA, thnx for trying help but you missed something; may be the IMEI on RAP3G itself has turned corrupted not the IMEI on flash IC in that case the .ask file is holding another IMEI than the true IMEI upon that the generated .rpl file will be also not the one we need as it happens in DCT4 & WD2 if we hadn't cared about compare the UEM IMEI & the IMEI that have been read by a griffin box, i hope you get it, & still waiting for a terminated answer about is there a chance to know the RAP3G's IMEI when the set's IMEI fet corrupted or not, & if the answer is not then we have to request from griffin team to recover this issue soon ...

i mean thats all data inside the ask file must be not conflect
if ur serial is wrong...they will know that
cause it will make some conflect with the other data
so,,,rpl cant convert

No, it can happen with DCT4 & WD2 & already happened with me before when i missed to compare the two IMEI for example the true IMEI was 35539600046030 & the .ask file IMEI was 35534700046030 & with that case the set get back working without rejecting SIM card but shuts down after 30 second & sure it's UEM faulty, so do you think it can't happen with BB5 ? well, about me i'm sure it can happen ...

yes this problem is - in uem IMEI is different with this in flash IC.
about this have e many reson may be phone mistake when power off nd write some trash data in flash. when you calculate RPL with imei in UEM all be ok.2 imeis will be same and phone will work good

ooo sorry i read bad but you say about UEM and this IC have only in
dct4 phones.you cannot read imei from rap3g
