Before the phone is normal , because I for the trial even so like that....Please by me facilities SX4 in MTBox, password that was used was the same as password that was used to ask to rpl?

you should write rpl

hi..

there are two backup file when doing read bb5 backup.

one is xxxxx.r3c and other is xxx.r3c.pm

in your condition. you need to restore your sim lock data.

is store in xxxr3c.pm not write rpl (except you buy bb5 to rpl service)

xxxx.r3c is your imei data. when doing full erase your phone imei is become 123456XXXXX and write this rpl will restore your phone imei.

xxxx.r3c.pm is your simlock data is store in pm 308. when doing full erase you need to restore this file to restore your simlock data.
