i have problem with my box after use bad cable the pc shutted down now when connect phones i can read info from some and cant read from other (all working normal ) i cannot flash dead phones any help from support to check my box can you give the parts give this error or tell me which resitors damege in this case or give digram for mt box its for nokia

the phones is power?
phone can change mode local,test , normal?

yes phone can enter test mode
but i didint check another modes

then try to put nokia original charger to the box to see box work or not.
may be is destroyed power supply

the problem is the mt couldnt see the phone at all
but sometimes it can see it
i will do what you adviced me and post result

check 10pin connector for damages in 1 and 10pin

i checked it all ok the problem from box
if this help when i flash dead 1112 i get always cannot boot phone
i checked same phone with jaf and ufs its ok

when i flash wd2 phones the box erase the phone and stop in write mcu in half distance

box work or not dont have a middle!
reinstall soft may be have a soft problem
