After replacement of CPU, with the press ???, or another command, program issues the error:

Starting the phone...
PID:80 40 03 01 01 01 01 01
Boot error:0004

Possible whether this to correct?

This error mean , no proper answer from phone. Need to check hardware.

Prompt, it is possible that processor DB2012 R3A not to approach this model?
Indeed after the soldering of new processor, telephone works. Only constant inscription on the display "Please wait". And to renew software with I not can because to any command, the box issues the error "Boot error:0004".
I think that processor DB2012 R3A is not supported NewARMinside.
