n73 cant change profile - GSM-Forum

n73 problem -i have n73 with problem in that i am not able to change profile it remains offline and when i use general profile it says unable to change profile to general ..then it ***** offline profila activated....the phone is brand new and customer has bought it just few days before

if phone dont accept sim card stay in this condition.Check simcard reader

sir it is accepting sim card bzoz when we change sim it says continue to on mobile in offline mode ..press yes or no ..
it givvvvves error on changing profile
