Nokia N73 "contact retailer"
Format, factory set, full update flashed, erase flashed, restore PM & RPL
everything was done.
But still same.
Remind: phone hand drops.

any idia?

I know what is imei for bb5.
all is ok.
maybe its hardware problem.

if you are talking about droped handset then you have to firstly perform self tests with phone & result will help you moving further but on my part you have to check memory(flash) for crack or reball

to all customer's know how repair the phone .
