chek cable for local mode you need to have a series resistor on BSI line 3.3k

It was cable problem and now ok.
I want to ask you is it free to unlock 1112 V 6.00 ?
Please give step to do it
It is locking to Celtel Madagascar

yes its free ,check first the version of your pone then put the same version as you read to mcu in ppm,,then just click the patch sim and wait to finish ,and its all done phone is unlock,,,,note,,,no need to flash if you have the same flash file but you dont just flash the phone with any version after that just click patch sim and it will be ok
