I think that this could happen if the flash it's not well solder and it should be applied some hot there?Or this error is because of new hardware in 6230i?

Hi!
SW version 3.70, with which you flashed your phone supports both hardware types - the old one and the new one, in your case it's ok, so you must seek another ways, maybe try to Disable VPP.

I tried Garick and was impossible. Tamer_Elhosary, I tried changing PPM and CNT to M instead of E and got the same... Should I change the MCU too? I tried reading info but MTBox becomes a bit crazy and couldn't load it by using ini file.

use this file (RM-72_dp_v_102[1].0_mcuswM_03.62) which phone is made
by germany or other europe country.
