Hello, please explain me: or I'm doing smth wrong or bug in SW ?

1) I have maked TP , MT SW read ESN and HASH (Testpoint boot)
2) then I have calculated boot pasw
3) press "identify" (normal boot)
4) service mode (normal boot)
5) send skey (normal boot) - sw shows error !!
6) then I've used jocker for enter SKEY
SW shows same error...
