problem flashing 8800 with mt box


I flash 2 8800 but 1 of them is ok the other one tell me turn on phone manually , phone does not reponse something like that please help me out. Thank you for any advise to save my phone.

1.erase phone
2.flash MCU+PPM+CONTENT
3.flash PM
4.unlock phone and make full factory defaults
if this not help you there is hardware problem.........
post result after operations

my 8800 has another weird problem after i flashed come back alive but has signal for only 5 sec then i dont sê signal bar at all....please help...
