questions abt phoenix software!!!Help - GSM-Forum

Hallo!
i installed phoenix service sw2007-4-6-170.
As i the 1st time choosed a nokia 2310,MCU and PPM and CONTENT Files were shown and matched automatically(v.03.310).

I download now RM 189-dp-v-06-01-mcusw 5.10 exe.
Questions:
1.is it ok to install this?
2.If installed can i like as usual unlock a 2310 by Patchsim?(Otherwise is it only the version 03.310 that supports the unlocking of 2310?)

Further,in the phoenix service sw 2007-4-6-170 there was no package installed for nokia 2610,this mean when i choose this type of mobile neither MCU nor PPM and CONTENT Files are shown and matched utomatically like with 2310.
I therefore download the RH 86dp_100.00_ams_sw04.50.

Questions:
1.Is it ok to install this or better install a former version?
2-can i without installing a packet,unlock a 2610 by Patchsim?

for patchsim dont need a phoenix ,you need a mt-box and instaled version of soft for model.if you dont have a many phones to unlock better solution is : flash phone with last soft ver and needed lang and after flash click on buton patchsim.
second variant is without flashing but files who is loaded in soft need to be same version with soft in phone-more anout this read in manual please,.
