Flash phone without content file first, then flash it with selected content file.

Try Do Disable Vpp From Menu And Solution Of Softmobile .
If You Have A Problem With Cable And He Dont Have A Good Connection To Phone Soft Can Not Change Modes -local,test And Can Not Extract Content.
When Phone Fleshes See The Lcd, After Content Flashed Phone Need To Go In Test Mode. If Not Then Problem Is In Cable Or One Of Middle Pins On Battery.
