i unlock w850i with mt-box processing reset lock to 0000 but phone on wrong code what can i do i use 1.7 db2020

why i flash phone my contact number and other personal data after flash was gone i unlock with setool phone unlock ok phone was gone i send logs next time when phone was not unlocked i send logs and screen shots

can somebody tell me how to unlock w850i on 3? do I need some box or some software is enough to do it.
