Hi guys i need info regarding the unlocking of z300 as at the moment with mt box i can not get phone unlocked, phone does boot and when i press read codes only 66% then stops and i have checked the cable-working perfect;

Your cable has problem with com2 (pin4 and 5 on cable connector is not connected). See picture:
