heloo i have problem is ef81 It has interrupted during update and now it is dead, Repair it that ??.plz help

How dead is dead?

Totally dead, no beep no blinking anymore? Also after remove of battery?

R.I.P or JTAG

If u see something then try again in Downlod Mode (Emergency Download)

Without DCA-140
Hold # and ON

Then u can see Logo BenQ Siemens...
Then plug DCA-140 and Update again.

If u look into 3GSwupFU2_manual.pdf

Quote:

obl.mbn and pbl.mbn are not in normal 3GSwup. So the "Killerfile" is QCSBL.MBN.
Sometimes OEMSBL is also deadly...

Sorry. Your phone is really dead.

You need special Hardware (JTAG) and special knowledge...

i have to one ef81 my problem with this phone is he restart for all time can sombody help me plz or mybe reset and how plz.

Short:
1. 3GSwup Update in Download Mode
# hold and ON

2. If u need Pics, SMS or something important on Data. You can try to catch the rigth moment to set into Factory Test Mode (FTM).
