3618 (me45) Help - GSM-Forum

I have a 3618 (ME45) - it was working, only switched off in calendar. I flashed with All3/4 and 140804.xfs, then log, map - now only bzzz. I tried alot of flashes and programs, same rezult. I have backup from EEPROM, but it seems that I can't write it back - UniSiemens, SMTool12, SIEFLASH stops at 12% in EEFULL EEPROM (EELITE is writed OK). I compared EEPROM backup and one, readed after writing - there are a lot of differences. I need reliable method to write EEFULL back.

Unisiemens can flash full backup. SMTooi12 can't do this. But I don't have full backup from 3618.

Get him back to bzzz... Now just need to correct IMEI with Ksie 5.1

Hello. Can you point to where you got the xfs and which version of all3/4 did you use ? I need it to revive one on my hand. Thanks.

To solve your problem:

1, You mentioned 3618, then fo to http://www.henrichsgu.sk/freesw.htm and download All 3/4 softwre version 2.1.0. i used that and it has worked for me then download 3618.flx under "others" flash the phone with it choose write flash, write imei, 10x speed then write.

2, after that then use logger 4.03 to read log as s45 and use spunlocksiemens to make map and then use logger again to write map as s45.

Most of the software are free on the net.

That will solve your problem 100%

You need:
1. All34 2_0_5 cracked by Xak, not XzZ.
2. 3618_0108.flx
3. Logger 4.03 (To READ and WRITE AS ME45)
4. Mapper (create map AS ME45).

Tested 2 days ago.

The All34 did not erase the flash on the phone, it just skip it.

I think the flash chip is down, when I open up the phone, i saw 2 flash chip and one ram chip, which flash chip should i replace, the one next to the ram chip or the one next to the edge of the board ?

Or the phone got some hardware problem ?

When I try to use WinSwup to flash, i got the error message,

Byte-Program-Error Nr: 146 on adress 800000

Is this the flash chip down ?

Try full flash with Unisiemens.
and then correct IMEI

Does anyone have a full flash of a 3618 for me to use with Unisiemens ?

I downloaded 1 me45 full flash but it stop flashing halfway.

Or anyone could read one out by using Ksie ? That's the only one that could flash the phone without stopping. I think.
