A40 Fw31 - GSM-Forum

I usually dont like to ask anything unless i first search the forum, but now i dont have time, so i'll just ask

I tried to upgrade FW on my brothers A40 from 20 to FW31.

Just in case of problem i made a backup of FW20.
After i upgraded FW31 and turned it on there was a message "Phone blocked".

I presumed that i should unlock it so i used one of the unlockers i had on my HD. After unlocking i got a message "Wrong Software".

What was the problem in the first place?

Post a log to Logfile request zone and someone will calculate a map for you
