I opened it,no sign of water damage,i don't know what happened,customer said that maybe water damage,but I can't find any sign,now I try to clean it,I haven't service manual so I don't know what to do

try to measure the voltage on the connector and on the battery contacts (pbc)

I connect charger and battery,nothing happend,same voltage on battery connectors(4.2V),charger is ok,output voltage is 9.7V,what to do,do you have some shematics or you can help...
