Big Problem with the IrDa Port!!! - GSM-Forum

I have a Siemens SL45i and a Pocket PC, the problem is: I can not transfer files from my Pocket PC to my SL45i, the Phone turn of it self when the transfer begin. But booth IrDa ports seems to be OK, I can transfer files via IrDa from my Pocket PC to my PC and from my PC to my SL45i.

Has anyone else a similar problem like me?
How can I fix this Problem?

i get that problem too when i send stuff from a nokia 9110 to my sl45i...strange!!!

its because the file format you try to send, its compability issue. I've transfer addressbok from my PDA to SL45i there's no complain. But when i tried to send picture file my SL45i turn off.

Sorry but you are wrong.

I have tried to transfer the same file type from my pc to my Sl45i and from my Pocket PC to my SL45i. The transfer from the pc works well, but the transfer from my Pocket PC doesn’t work.
