C45 - WinSWUP reports error when upgrading - GSM-Forum

Hi

C45 version is 3104. When I want to upgrade it to 3804, Winswup reports error like this:

"No answer from Mobile, maybe not with new Update-Concept?"

What is the meaning of this error? How can I solve this problem?

Note: I am using autoignition. Upgrading to version 3803 goes well.

Hi,
you must update to v35 (in any language) before you can update to v38.
