Can somebody help me with "C10D swing" - GSM-Forum

Hello to All !!!
Unfortunately, all software for Siemens GSM phones what i have does'nt help me. Siemens is still say : Phone blocked. All25 soft can enable "Service Mode", but also does'nt help.
So PLEASE if You can, HELP ME !
I'll be VERY appreciate !

Reprogram by eeprom, use c10clear.exe. Tested

yes c10clear.exe eeprom.bin works.In my case , I have unlocked more than 20 phones that accept now any card , but they can't make calls.They can just receive. I'm looking for a solution .
These C10 were simlocked by Telecel.

baypiere:
goto menu "locks","change code", write 00000000, and pres "clear lock" button. If you do not delete this lock, you cant make call.

Thank You, Jakub and thank You, Baypierre for replies. I'll try to reprogram eeprom. But maybe is exist solution by cable for that kind of phones ?
