How can I downgrade a SL45 with SL45i firmware to SL45 Software again?

Of course you can (though i dont see the point of doing that)

All you gotta do is to upload some older FW..FW23 for instance

Comb the internet, and you'll fint that .exe file

The Firmwares I've tried gave me this error message:
"You are trying to update a SLIK. This is for SL45 only. Fatal boot error..." or similar. The Versions I've tried (16, 19 and 23) the DOS Versions of the firmwares.

Man, you have to put eeprom from SL45 also. The simplest way, I think, is to upload full backup (from 000000 to 600000) from a SL45, and then change imei. For full backups, search around..
