Here is tool V1.0.1 for siemens s40, I test it and it work find for v7.0.0.

if your fone have higher version you must full flash it with lower version and unlock

If you want to use flasher from maxim to read s40 you must change start address defaulft = 400000 to 000000 and chose length = 400000 so it can read and write ok.

And flash file read by this tool of S40 version 3.2.0

My S40 is Now Dead. Please anyone can send me Full flash Bin file for S40.

I can't download flash file from above link becuase i get error when downloading file from 50% to 60%.

Please give me anyother link or send me flash file to my email.

i have S40 unlocked with 2.4.0 software - if i flash it with 8.0.0 - its locked as all other Siemens ??
