Hi All !
What software is necessary for me to change language in Siemens S35v12?

Just reflash it with flasher with other language-pack (01,04 for example). If simlock back again, unlock it using service software by PRO or another unlocker

For Valp.
All flasher No. xx04 for series C/M/S 35 have russian and a lot of other east european languages inside. For the old series 25 it was xx03
