M/MT50 writing BIN file into BA20 - GSM-Forum

could anyone know solution is exist any software to writing bin file to M/MT50 with BA20 chipset.

Next software can't write bin file into Mt50 mobile with BA20:
Unisiemens4.0,
KSie5.1(Nutzo),
******5.21,
S/ME45 toll,
etc...

Thanks a lot Legija,
I know that we can read flash with this programs above, but problem is with writting.
I made upgrade from version 9 (A-Tmobile MAX) to 17 with our language, and of course lose some games.
I saw that games are in range of 370000 till 420000(5F0000)( S/ME45 tools), and by me is full FFFFFFF, other one version 9 have good bytes, and I will have to flash my MT50 BA20 chip from 370000-5F0000. Till today I don't found software which can write MT50 BA20.
Do you have some expirience?
