ME45 full flash (UniSiemens) - NEEDED URGENTLY!! - GSM-Forum

Hello.

I've got a serious problem. I've read full flash from my ME45 with UniSiemens, but it stopped at 99%. I've cancelled the operation, and save that unfinished .bin file. I've been playing with Net Monitor activating, and I upload that unfinished .bin file to the phone (first modified, than original back-up). And now phone is dead.

Can someone send me please full (I mean 100%) flash from ME45 - from 000000 to 600000? Or tell me where can I find it?

Or maybe there is another way to make my phone alive?

Need full sw backup (*.flx), and upload program.

All34 program Download

ME45140101.FLX Download

Upload flx with program.
Make log file with logger program.
From log make map file with x45map program.
Upload map file with logger program.

I've just ****n' did what you said. Upload .flx file with All3/4 software (it took FIVE HOURS! is it normal?) and then upload .map file (I'm sure it's correct - I unlocked with it my phone previously) and NOTHING! Phone is still dead!

Can somebody help me, please?

Any help is welcome.

my comments
1. Restart windows if some program work abnormally. When Unisiemenssoft stop at 99% reboot my PC and it ok.
2. All3/4 ver 2.09 don't work with X45 on my PC use ver 2.05 XzZ all jobs welldone.

Hello.

Thank you Itanczos and Ken for your help.

The problem was "All 3/4 2.09" - it doesn't work properly with x45, as you said Ken. I used v2.05 and everything is OK now.

Thank you again for your time and for helping me make my phone alive!
